is owned and operated by Ben Suhail Distribution LLC trading as Creative Beauty
Source, for its own benefit and the benefit of its affiliates and subsidiaries
(together “we" or “us") in the United Arab Emirates. Ben Suhail
Distribution is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the
United Arab Emirates, with commercial license number 766641 and its registered office at PO
Box 120526, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Website, as they collectively constitute our Website Terms, which govern your

Website using your account as a result of your action or inaction.
Assignment
We may
delegate our rights under this Agreement to any organization that Ben
Suhail Distribution LLC ultimately exercises beneficial control over.
No Waiver
Any delay or
inaction on the part of either party in enforcing its rights or remedies under
these Website Terms shall not be interpreted as a waiver of those rights or
remedies. These Terms' rights and remedies are cumulative and do not preclude
any other rights or legal recourse.
Illegality
The remaining
Website Terms (or portions thereof) will not be impacted and will continue to
be in full force and effect if any section of these Website Terms is determined
to be invalid or unenforceable.
Disputes and Governing Law
The
federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai
govern these website terms, and the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have
exclusive jurisdiction over all legal matters arising out of them.
Application and Account Details
If you create an account, you
are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and
password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept
responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
LILNASS reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to
refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in
our sole discretion. We may combine the information you give us with
information from other companies and use it to improve and personalize our
services, content, and advertising. We may also contact you for market research
purposes. You agree that we may use Personal information provided by you to
conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks.
Orders
An electronic copy of each order is held
by LILNASS and its parent company Creative Beauty Source and will be accessible
to you. All orders can be viewed in the Dashboard including details of Invoiced
and Undelivered Products/Backorders. All orders will be concluded in the
English Language. All Orders placed by you on this platform will be treated as
Final and Legal Purchase orders and you will be liable to pay for the products
delivered to you under such orders. For payment terms refer to the section below.
You have the option to cancel an Order directly from the website or by sending
us an email within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancel requests must be sent
to support@lilnass.com
Cancellation & Replacement
Policy
Customers have the option to cancel an
Order by contacting their respective salesperson or directly from the website.
Customers can only cancel the order after the processing phase and it is
approved from LILNASS backend. The order cannot be cancelled after it is
shipped. Any request related to the order cancellation post its shipping must
be made through the dedicated sales rep or the Contact Us page on the website.

Order cancellation is subject to the
approval of the Creative Beauty Source or LILNASS team
Mailing
List
We may combine your information
with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and
personalize our services, content and advertising. This may also be done on a reciprocal
basis. We may also use your provided email address to share details of offers
and promos.
Order Delivery
Lilnass
provides delivery services throughout the GCC. We're always looking for ways to
enhance your experience, and we're aiming to expand the number of delivery
options we offer across our channels. Please keep checking back for updates.
Delivery Schedule is as follows;
- Within
Dubai: 2 to 3 Days Depends on the location
- Outside
Dubai but within UAE: 3 to 5 Days via
courier
- Outside
UAE: Varies depending on the country

Orders submitted outside of regular business hours (9 am to 6pm), after the
cut-off time, and/or on a public holiday in the UAE shall be considered
submitted on the first regular business day in the UAE that follows the Order's
submission. During special events, the holiday shopping season, and bank
holidays, order delivery may be delayed. LILNASS
reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time, but
we promise to notify customers at least 14 days in advance.
LILNASS will NOT deal or provide any
services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control)
sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Exchange policy
LILNASS offers
a 30-day exchange policy on all items. Please provide the invoice number and
the reason for the exchange (items must be in original/ unused and saleable
condition with tags and original packaging intact). Items purchased via
deals/promos are considered final sale – LILNASS reserves the right to deny
exchange requests. CND LED lamps are covered under warranty for a period of 1
year from purchase. Serial number and invoice number must be provided to
support claims.
Our Exchange process is simple, just
contact your Sales Rep with your request and they will be more than happy to

Refunds:
Refund is the Compensation paid to
a customer for over-invoicing or for the damaged goods received. Refunds
will be done only through the original mode of payment.
Prices
The prices quoted are those
ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control
prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate
of value added tax. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable,
it may be exchanged providing it is sent back within 30 days and is in new,
unused condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above, for
details. All prices shown are cash prices in Dirhams (AED). We reserve the
right to show prices in other currencies in addition to Dirhams (AED) in the
future, accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written
notice to close an account. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered through
the website may differ from prices in salons. We will request payment for the
full amount on confirmation of your order. The customer must visit the
website when required for latest pricing.
Availability
All orders for products are
subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we will deliver
the available quantities and reserve the backorder – this will be delivered as
soon as stocks become available – unless an email is sent from your account
requesting to Cancel a specific backorder (prior to dispatch). Expected
delivery date for backorders can be viewed on the Dashboard in the View
Undelivered Section. Please note this is an expected and not a confirmed
delivery date – LILNASS reserves the right to modify these dates at any time.
Supply
We reserve the right to refuse
to enter into a contract with any individual or company.
Payments
Payment terms are either Card payments or Cash on Delivery or the mutually agreed Credit Terms – All details regarding Payment terms and available credit can be viewed in the Accounts section. In case the pending balance on your account is overdue or you have exceeded your Credit Limit, LILNASS reserves the right to place your account on hold until all payments are settled. We urge you to settle all payments in a timely manner so we can continue to provide seamless service. LILNASS reserves the right to cancel credit facility and revert to Card or Cash on Delivery if payments are not settled on time. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard Credit/Debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency)”. Below are the logos of the accepted cards that can be used on our website.
